Job Description
An entrepreneurial client based in Farnborough are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Farnborough. This organisation has very strong growth plans for the future and on offer will be a very competitive and compelling benefits package, including a share scheme.

Finance Manager – About The Role

You will be responsible for the overall control of all financial aspects of this multi-legal entity business group, working within a team of 5 people.

This position will be working with both the Group Financial Controller, CFO and the senior stakeholders within the business.

Working within an interesting and progressive industry with significant growth plans within the business strategy. You will not have any responsibility for any members of the finance team, your responsibilities will incorporate the following:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts, with clear commentary on the operations results

* Driving the company’s financial planning and reporting

* Overseeing the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting process, VAT submissions, tax and payroll submissions

* Prepare annual audit reports

* Cashflow forecasting and planning

The successful Finance Manager will have

* Strong analytical skills

* Qualified within ACCA / CIMA / ACA

* ERP knowledge within Oracle / SAP would be an advantage
