Pertemps are working with a 'one of a kind' company in Crawley who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic and fun-loving team. This is a very practical role covering all aspects including Purchase & Sales Ledger, payroll and forecasting monthly accounts.

Key Duties:
– Sales Ledger – processing CIS deductions, VAT reverse charge & inhouse chasing
– Purchase Ledger – proforma payments, reconciling statements and preparing payments
– Bank reconciliation
– Run and prepare quarterly VAT returns
– Process weekly payroll for 65+ employees (PAYE and Contractors)
– Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and implement monthly management accounts
– Assist external Accountant with year-end queries

The successful candidate will ideally be part/fully qualified in ACA/CIMA/ AAT and have experience with Sage account packages. Advanced Excel skills are essential as well as knowledge of management accounts and quarterly VAT returns.

The Package:
– Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
– Paid Christmas & New Year shut down
– Casual working environment
– up to £40,000 DOE
