Job Description
We are supporting a leading firm in Tamworth with the hire of a Financial Business Partner and we are looking for a candidate who is looking to progress their career in a large, and growing firm! Working from a Tamworth based office on a hybrid basis, this is a great opportunity to join and learn from a tight knit group as well as make a big impact on the business.

Key Tasks

Preparation of financial forecasts to present to executive leadership.
Month end and accounting for customer sales with an annual turnover of 80 million
Identify financial or operational issues and the identification of solutions
Develop decision support tools modelling to support delivery of profitable growth
Prepare and preform monthly financial performance reviews
Candidate Must Be

Experienced Financial Business Partner
ACCA fully qualified / Finalist (or equivalent)
Advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel
Commercially minded
Attributes/ Skills

Numerically skilled
Strong written and oral communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to effectively prioritise a diverse workload
Excellent time management skills
Natural problem solver
Team playerBonus

Possesses a degree in finance or similar
