Job Description
Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Engineering

Salary: 45 – 65k DOE plus excellent benefits

Location: York

This globally leading company has been established for over 60 years and specialises in mass rail transportation. It has managed thousands of projects for public railway transport internationally and is now looking for a Finance Business Partner with experience in the transport industry to join their team.

As a candidate you will need:

* Previous extensive experience as a Finance Business Partner

* Qualified with any of the following: CIMA/ACA/ACCA

* Able to understand use of systems e.g. ERP experience and implementing systems

* Experience working for transport consultancy preferred

* Experience of stakeholder engagement and management and excellent communication skills

What you’ll be doing as a Finance Business Partner:

* Period end process management

* Review of WIP and debt with key stakeholders

* Undertake Quarterly forecast and annual budget cycles along with internal and external audits

* Bid support

* Business Systems Support – IFS10
