Job Description

Some of the responsibilities would be but not limited to:

Bank account reconciliations (using multiple currencies)
Posting purchase invoices
Posting stock invoices and agreeing to PO's
Preparation of VAT return
Agreeing PVA Statements and C79s
Reconciling customer accountsThe Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in finance administration, as you will be carrying out a full range of bookkeeping duties. However, we will consider a strong candidate with under 2 years' experience.

Warm and positive attitude, who is used to working in a professional setting

Great office software knowledge and communication skills
