Job Description
Keid Consulting are working with a market leading organisation operating in the Telecoms sector.
Due to continued growth and succession planning we have been tasked with searching for for a budding Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Finance Analyst will support financial accounting, reporting and treasury processes, acting as an integral and valued member of the wider Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Overheads, including accruals and prepayments
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and financial reporting standard
• Support with coordination of month-end close process and preparation of corporation tax / VAT returns
• Ensure headcount data is accurate in different systems
• Bank reconciliations and coordination of payment approvals
• Collate VAT data and documentary evidence to support VAT recovery
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Knowledge
Financial accounting knowledge and experience of managing relationships
Aspirations to become a qualified finance professional and willingness to undertake a CIMA qualification
Able to understand and interpret complex data sets
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Clear communicator – written and oral
Intermediate excel skills
