Job Description
Entry Level Accounting Role – No Experience required for Accounting or AAT graduates)
One of our clients have opened up a rare opportunity to join the existing accounting team to support the department administratively. This role is a progressive role that can offer training to the right candidate, as well as an ongoing career within accounts and finance.
This is a permanent, full time role. It offers a quarterly profit share bonus as well as other benefits, public transport links are strong in the area as well as there being free parking at their showroom site in LS12.
Duties of the accounts administrator: –
* Posting purchase and sales invoices onto the system
* Making payment
* Ensuring invoice reconciliation
* Produce client account statements
* Full administration duties to support the team
Training is provided as well as additioal training of specific accounting tasks to grow your role.
Experience Required
This is an ENTRY LEVEL role, therefore those who can demonstrate the following will be of key interest: –
* Accounts or Finance related course completion
* Some processing of numerical data
* Accounting Administration
* Invoice Administration
* Purchase or Sales ledger work
* AAT completion
* Graduates
