Job Description
This company are well established and respected in their market, team of 35 EA and very supportive. busy and professional environment within a gorgeous office.
This is an EA role supporting a team of 5 Investment Directors in London. The Global EA team consists of 40 employees situated between London, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. EAs work together supporting senior Directors across the business and onboard new joiners. Everyone is capable, experienced and has a strong connection to the company, within the EA team and business areas they support. There is a collaborative and hardworking quality output ethic in the team. Core responsibilities of the role are diary, travel, expenses and business support. EAs co-ordinate with an external travel company to organise travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Executive Assistant
* Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, calls and meetings
* Arranging national and international travel and itineraries
* Organising team and business area events including lunches and dinners
* Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations
* Extensive email, video conference (MS Teams) and phone liaison externally and internally
* General EA duties including completing expenses, onboarding new joiners and taking actions
* System and data management support including updating the HR system with absence and holidays, updating contacts and system filing
* Ad hoc duties as required including support and cover for other EAs
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
Demonstrable extensive EA experience supporting at Senior Management/Managing Director level working within banking, financial services, or commercial industry.
Technical
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent written and verbal English
Individual
* Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently, effectively and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a positive helpful attitude and teamwork skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to meet strict deadlines
* Complete understanding of confidentiality issues and use of discretion

* Professional and a quick learner
