Job Description
Equity Release Advice Assistant.

Salary; Starting salary dependent on qualifications.
£21,000 no qualifications
£22,000 (CeMAP 1 or CF1)
£23,000 (50% of exams completed incl CeMAP 1)
£24,000 (all exams)
+ Bonus

Hours; 37.5 hours a week, hours of work will require you to be flexible.
Full time – permanent.
What your day may look like as an Equity Release Advice Assistant;
* Managing the pipeline and PTA of absent advisors daily to improve days to offer/completion.
* Improving the performance of Plan Ahead through efficient hot keying leads to the Plan Ahead team from valuation and offer calls.
* Upselling Plan Ahead where this has not taken place on the initial advised call
* Identifying potential sales leads and pre‑qualifying these and passing to the sales floor
* Ensuring that records are kept appropriately in line with the company’s record keeping and file quality requirements
* Contacting clients upon receipt of equity release offer and communicating the outcome of property valuations where determined by the company’s designated sales process
* Ensuring that competence to provide advice is maintained and a programme of CPD is undertaken and documented
* Dealing with adhoc admin queries in advisor absence
* Other ad‑hoc duties as and when required by the business
What do we require as an Equity Release Advice Assistant?
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an advised or customer services role within the field of regulated financial services
* Evidence of sustained management of cases and compliant practice
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A caring and empathetic approach
* Experience of telephone‑based financial advice/Customer Service
Other desirable skills …
* Experience of regulated equity release sales/ Customer Service
* CeMAP Qualified.
