Job Description
Do you have 3-5 years of billing experience? Have you had multi-site or multi-currency exposure? Have you had experience working B2B within a technology sector? Do you have good knowledge of multiple billings systems and processes?

As a result of continued growth, we are currently working in partnership with a globally renowned technology business on the search for a Regional Billing manager to join the groups internal finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Billing manager to join the business and play a critical role in embedding a new ERP system and quote to cash process.

Reporting into the Head of Finance Operations and Revenue, the opening of Regional Billing manager will work alongside the Billing team to ensure that the groups revenue is currently accounted for. This will involve taking full ownership of the company's revenue and working closely with key finance team members.

Other responsibilities include:

Identifying and escalating billing issues and working closely with Head of Operations on process improvement.

Training the billing team if they believe that they can see any skill gaps

Preparing revenue flash for the group and working out any value variances for all markets

Making sure that all SAAS billing is done correctly and ensuring management accounts

Being an escalation point for the billings team where they face problems with obtaining PO's from customers

Overseeing customer account set ups

The ideal candidate will be an ACCA finalist preferably and have a degree or equivalent in a numerical field. You will be numerically minded with excellent attention to detail as well as exceptionally organised and confident with a proactive mindset to solving problems. As well as having intermediate level of excel skills and experience in billing reconciliations.

You will be somebody who enjoys building relationships with other colleagues and happy to manage a team. This is a permanent role, offering a highly competitive salary, discretionary bonus and an all-round comprehensive salary.
