Debt Reconciliation Officer – Local Authority
37.5 hours per week – FTC 6 months
Bristol, Emersons Green / Hybrid working
 
We are recruiting for a Debt Reconciliation Officer to work on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be joining a large charity that has been running for over 60 years supporting over 2,500 people.
 
Due to the nature of the role, our client would ideally like someone with proven credit controller and debt reconciliation experience.
 
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for reconciling client accounts in relation to Local Authority funding
 
This role will suit someone that has excellent attention to detail and can demonstrate initiative.
 
As a Debt Reconciliation Officer, you will provide comprehensive updates to the Area Manager and Contracts Manager.  

The main aspects of this role will be:

Reconcile client accounts relating to LA funding
Identify and discrepancies on invoices an payments received
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Conduct the review of contracts and PO’s
