Job Description
Debt Management Advisor Role – Up to £26k basic + OTE £45k – £50k – Cheadle.
Our client provides fair and ethical consumer debt advice to UK residents. Utilising years of experience, they provide clear, balanced and unbiased financial support.
Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum. With On Target Earnings available to all Debt Advisors.
* Full-time permanent role
* Working hours vary between. (9am – 17:30pm) & (11:30am – 8pm)
* Office Based (Cheadle)
* Free on-site parking available
* On target earnings of up to £2,000 per month on top of your basic salary
Responsibilities:
* Speaking with pre-qualified leads and understanding the clients’ individual circumstances
* Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes and establishing affordability
* Presenting the debt solutions available based on the customers’ suitability
* Supporting the customer on their journey until they are fully satisfied with their debt solution
* Gathering customer documentation regularly

* Self-motivated, ambitious and money drive
* Completing a sales process
* Strong negotiating skills
* Good telephone manner
