Job Description
HYBRID ROLE – Work 3 days from Home

We are recruiting exclusively for an Analyst for a global PLC employer based in the Ashby De La Zouch area. This is a permanent, hybrid role and a career opportunity within a globally recognised business. This position is mainly home-based, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office and is suitable for any candidates who enjoy analysing data and reporting.

Analyst

* You will be focused on the data analysis which forms part of business partnering and decision support.

* Timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysis

* Production of detailed and accurate weekly performance KPI reports

* Provide analysis and problem solve with recommendations

* Review reports

* Review compliance with SLAs – Service level agreements

* Provide data analysis support to the Operations Managers / Directors

Candidate requirements

* Previous analytical experience is essential

* Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

* Good excel experience Pivot tables & V Lookups

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent reporting experience
