Job Description
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator to join a successful Fintech company based in Southampton. This role will develop over time and is ideal for a candidate who wishes to build their career within a fast growing organisation.
Key Duties:
* Take responsibility for the servicing email inbox within pre-defined timescales
* Deal with customer queries or send queries to the correct collections account manager
* Liaise with Debt Management, IVA and other third-party organisations
* Organise and distribute daily reports to the management team
* Record and respond to post
* Ad-Hoc administration requests
* Respond and manage customers using "live chat" on the website
Key Skills:
* High level of ownership
* Great problem solving and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* Ability to manage workload
