Customer Success Manager – £60,000 – Stratford-Upon-Avon

Overview
This is an amazing opportunity for you to join a global business, who in the last 8 months have almost doubled their headcount to 340!
You’ll be joining a FinTech business, who are a modern software company at heart. They’re aiming to win the war on clunky, outdated supply chain processes which can’t keep up to consumer demands (resulting in client disputes).
Responsibilities
* Own your portfolio of customers, circa £2million in ARR
* Ensure a smooth renewal transition
* Expand client accounts through upsell/cross sell opportunities
* Maintain a high client health score
* Responsible for a team of 3-4 graduate implementation analysts
* You’ll build and maintain a strong client relationship, to increase product adoption and a smooth product integration
As an ideal candidate you’ll…
* Have a strong track record managing a book of customers. This includes managing renewals, building relationships, a growth mindset and technical acumen
* Be a collaborative leader, clear communicator who’s approachable and supportive
* Have a passion for software, helping your customers and a desire to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS business!
