As a Customer Services Advisor at the Society you'll quickly become one of the experts our members need. Working from one of our dedicated branch sites, your day to day will be a bit like this:
Developing relationships with our members and other stakeholders
Supporting a diverse range of customers, complete day to day transactions; face to face or remotely including our online platform
Taking ownership to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently
Keeping up to date with our products, policies and service expectations; and
Working with a team of like-minded people who are #poweringlife

In return for providing a passionate and specialist service to our future, members and intermediaries, we offer:
35 hours a week contract
Salary up to £20,117
Basic holiday of 28 days (This is going up to 30 days in 2023) + Bank holidays
