Job Description
Customer Services Officer – Arabic speaking

London

£30,000 to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is an award winning bank providing a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London they are looking to recruit a Customer Services Officer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will support the Operations team providing the consistently high levels of service their customers expect. This will be achieved through a thorough working knowledge of all core operating systems and excellent relationship management across the function, bank and wider teams.

The successful candidate will;

* Ensure that all Operations' teams have documented, up to date procedures.

* Manage the governance of procedures, ensuring appropriate sign off, training and annual review has taken place.

* Support in daily quality control checks, for example, review of Wealth exceptions reports, highlighting action required to Managers.

* Ensure we meet customer expectations by using systems knowledge across the 3 core pillars of the Operations (Payments, KYC and transaction monitoring) to provide contingency cover across Operations' teams to support holidays or spikes in activity.

* To proactively support in incident management impacting our customers; for example:

* Issue investigation / resolution (taking pressure of BAU teams)

* Initial draft of customer comms, ensuring approval and delivery.

* Act as the voice of the customer by ensuring Ops captures all customer feedback, managing any issues requiring attention immediately and then using the data to drive continuous improvement either through Service Management route or through Voice of the Customer Forum.

* Produce appropriate MI and data analysis to support any call to arms for the points highlighted above.
