Job Description
This Customer Service Managerial role has opened up to future proof and evolve a brilliant customer service team of 14 staff.

This role will be based in a head office and will work alongside 3 other similarly structured teams. The primary focus of this team is to provide specialised solutions to customers by phone, email and 3rd party requests.

Description

This role will include everything based around the Customer Service function, to name a few;

*Management of a team of 14 people, including a supervisor and deputy

*Management of communication channels such as Webchat, Email, Phone and Portals

*Supporting with a new IT software due to be ready for testing in the coming months

*Day to day this role will spot trends on customer resolutions, customer demands and present ideas internally about what can be improved for colleagues & customers

*Consistently manage communication numbers to ensure customers are responded to within SLA's, identify risk factors and manage strategies to ensure the customers are responded to swiftly

*Attend leadership meetings on behalf of the Customer Service team

*Recruitment, resource planning and training for the CS team

Profile

This successful candidate for this role will be;

*A brilliant people manager with a track record of managing teams in a contact centre style environment

*An expert in customer services and have managed communication channels both digitally and telephone

*Happy to be office based full time

*Excellent technical skills

*Understanding / experience working in Financial Services / Pensions / Banking or similar industries
