Customer Service Executive, friendly team in family run business, Biggleswade – £22,500
Our client a leading business in their sector are looking to appoint a Customer Service Executive to support customers consumers across multiple accounts.
Your duties as the successful Customer Service executive will be:
* Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and to the company standards
* Communicate courteously and professionally with customers/consumers by telephone, email, letter and occasionally face-to-face
* Effectively track and report customer service queries via the CRM.
* Investigate and solve escalated customers problems, which may be complex and/or longstanding.
* Any other ad-hoc duties.
Key skills of the Customer Service Executive will include:
* Bright, friendly, team player
* Must be articulate with a warm and excellent telephone manner.
* At least one year’s customer support experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP a bonus but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
Due to the rural location of this client, you will need to be a driver with your own car.
