Job Description
My Client, a leading company based in Watford are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a full time permanent role.

Salary between £23,000 to £27,000 DOE.

The role will involve –

Answering customer queries via telephone and email
Data entry
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Achieving high levels of attention to detail
Dealing with tasks quickly and efficiently
Providing high levels of customer service
Candidate requirements –

Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a Financial Services company is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Administration experience
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability of develop lon-term relationships
Ability to negotiate
Ability to stay calm under pressure
