We have a current opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Newport.

What we are looking for:

They are now looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and self-development. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, a Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer Journey during the length of a customer's agreement.

Candidates will ideally come from a customer service background but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
