We are seeking a number of Customer Service Advisers to join our client, a renowned high-street banking organisation.
We need you to have..
Previous experience of communicating well with customers (minimum 1 year call centre experience)
Ability to pay close attention to detail, whilst working in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC Literate with demonstrable administration skills
Able to manage a variety of different workloads and processes, at any one given time.
Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
Strong service delivery ethic, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight time scales, with imposed deadlines for the completion of the work.
The role:
Pay rate – £11.42 per hour
A 35-hour working week
Working hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
This is a remote role however you might be asked to work from Leeds branch occasionally
Please note you will need to pass a DBS and Credit check for this role
