Credit Controller | Telford (Hybrid Working) | £Excellent salary + bonus + benefits + 25 days holiday | Permanent

The Company

A reputable organisation in Shropshire who offer hybrid with free onsite parking and excellent facilities onsite and offer hybrid working.

The Opportunity

Working within a friendly and dynamic team, you will have a proactive approach to debt management and should be happy collaborating with different teams within the larger organisation. Main duties to include:

* Perform effective proactive and reactive debt collection predominately by telephone and email to improve cash flow by reducing DSO.

* Reconciliation of customer payments, ensuring customers payments are in-line with payment terms.

* Early identification and resolution of potential and current issues, including invoicing, price and delivery queries.

The Individual

You will have exceptional customer services skills, and ideally the ideal successful applicant will have proven experience working within credit control/debt management. You will be experienced in reviewing and reducing debt for your customer accounts, with a track record or query management with confident communication skills.

The role is working 9-5 Mon to Fri, with free onsite parking, and excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, life assurance, and pension. Prompt application is recommended.
