Job Description
We urgently need an experienced Credit Controller for a prestigious international client in Shirley Solihull to cover maternity leave. Ideally until Mid July 2023, however if you are avaialbe for 2-3 months that can be considered.

Are you a good problem solver who will work proactively with Clients to address problems?

As a hands on Credit Controller you will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager and communicating with the client with the aim of reducing and managing outstanding debt on the ledger.

You will be part of a small, vibrant team and working for a very well-respected international company.

Your role will involve

Chasing all debts in a direct and firm but approachable manner.
Monitoring Credit Limits ensuring payment terms are adhered to.
Proactively working with clients to resolve any issues and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

We are seeking someone who has…

Significant sales ledger and credit control experience
Ideally experience in working within an international company
It goes without saying you will have tenacity, a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solve.
