Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a well-established and growing company based in Romsey on a part-time basis.
Main duties of the Credit Controller
• Managing credit of clients and payments to suppliers
• Emailing and calling debtors to chase outstanding payments
• Updating credit limits of debtors
• Using Xero Accounts to update relevant information
• Issuing payment reports directly to the account management team
• Answering emails and phone call queries for client and suppliers.
• Purchasing of office goods
Key competencies of the Credit Controller
• Experienced in Xero accounts with a good understanding of the application
• IT literate – Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong eye for detail
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
The Credit Controller will be expected to work 16 – 24 hours per week and our client is offering a prorated annual salary up to 24K for the hours worked, dependant on experience.
