Job Description
My client, a leading company based in Norwich, are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy team for a full time permanent position.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role of Credit Controller is to ensure prompt payment against invoices issued by the company for goods supplied under the agreed payment terms.
Applicants need to be an experienced Credit Controller and be able to demonstrate their ability during interview.
The role will involve –
Contacting clients to discuss credit and payment terms
Answering customers calls and emails
Supporting with queries both internally and externally
Running credit checks
Reporting
Finalising payments and following up if required
The ideal candidate will possess –
Previous experience in a Credit Control role – 1 year plus
Strong administration skills
Excellent telephone manner
Microsoft Office skills
