Job Description
Credit Controller, Luton
Salary upto £27,000 per annum depending on experience
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, seek an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly office on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Accurately update and maintain customer records
* Raise customer invoices and statements as and when required
* Allocate payments to sales ledger accounts daily
* Take ownership of end-to-end debt recovery process, utilising phone and email to recover due and overdue debts
* Issue correct credit limits in line with company credit limit policy
* Take card payments and issue refunds
* Appropriately escalate defaulted debts
* Support customers with any account queries
* Ad-hoc finance administration
