Do you have previous experience in a sales ledger/credit control environment and seeking a new challenge in a highly supportive forward thinking environment?

Do you have 1st class relationship management, negotiation as well as IT skills (to include MS Excel, Word & Windows)?

Do you live locally to Thames Ditton and currently seeking a sales ledger/credit control role within a well established & highly respected company that looks after its staff and can offer excellent benefits?

Our client is a dedicated independent services company with smart modern offices near Kingston who currently have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their supportive and friendly finance team in a varied and challenging role effectively collecting debts as well as maintain the sales ledger function. This is a varied and challenging opportunity where you will be responsible for maintaining the organisation’s sales ledger and a summary of all the duties in order to do this appear below:

Credit control – effective collection of debts.

Maintain financial integrity of sales ledger records and data.

Sales ledger & month end invoicing.

Prepare weekly debtor lists.

Complex reconciliations.

Allocation of cash.

Debtor list circulation.

Resolution of customer queries.

Daily banking.

Allocation of payments

Credits and invoice duties

Communicate with Directors & Managers

Statement production

Applications for this highly responsible & rewarding role are particularly invited from candidates with previous debt collection/credit control experience who have highly developed negotiation skills & have intermediate proficiency on MS Excel & Word. You will also need strong client relationship management ability able to successfully maintain credit control whilst providing an extremely high standard of customer service and be exceptionally professional and self motivated.
