I'm currently working with a leading business in Cannock in their recruitment of a Credit Controller. The role will be paying up to £24k based on experience
I'm currently working with a leading business in Cannock in their recruitment of a Credit Controller. The role will be paying up to £24k based on experience
Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
*Maintain customer accounts on the accounting systems
*Manage Accounts to ensure debt is collected and chased in a timely manner
*Process the payment and allocating against remittances
*Deal with the allocation of remittances on the Sales Ledger and keeping comprehensive notes
*Record customer remittances, banking customer cheques and dealing with the allocation of payments on the accounting system(s) daily
*Assist in the printing and distribution of customer/client account statements, ensuring the timely settlement of invoices
*Handle incoming phone calls
About you as the Credit Controller:
*Experience in a similar role is essential
*Ability to prioritise and plan workload
*Excellent communication skills
*Self-motivated
