Job Description
SF recruitment are working exclusively with a house hold name based near Cannock, the organisation are going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to recruit a permanent Credit Controller to work as part of a team of 3.
This is part of the larger group and have a ledger of (Apply online only) customers.
Your new role
– Manage large and strategic customer receivables ledger, made up of complex/high volume transaction accounts.
– Responsible for managing all incoming credit requests, credit application reviews and sign offs.
– Cash collection, allocation and reconciliation of customer accounts
– Generate customer statements on monthly and ad hoc basis
– Taking care of customer enquires and resolving queries in a timely manner
– Liaise with the wider business including sales and opps to resolve invoice disputes
– Improve organisation cashflow with proactive Credit Management, aiming to reduce DSO
What you'll need
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong business partnering skills
– 3+ years experience in Credit
– Strong systems skills including Excel
