Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a market leading business based in Central Birmingham in their recruitment of an Credit Controller on a 12 month FTC basis paying up to £26k. The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing invoices from a broad clientele and recording these processes.
An opportunity has arisen for a market leading business based in Central Birmingham in their recruitment of an Credit Controller on a 12 month FTC basis paying up to £26k. The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing invoices from a broad clientele and recording these processes.
Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
* Chasing Client payments for outstanding invoices
* Processing Client Invoices in a timely manner
* Resolving Client and Consultant invoicing queries
* Allocating client payments accordingly
* Creating and maintaining new customer accounts on the System
* Dealing with the allocation of remittances on the Sales Ledger and keeping comprehensive notes
* Assisting in the printing and distribution of customer/client account statements, ensuring the timely settlement of invoices
* Handling incoming phone calls
* Managing Accounts to ensure debt is collected and chased
About you as the Credit Controller:
* Experience of high volume of collections is essential
* Ability to prioritise and plan workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* Advanced Microsoft knowledge
