Job Description
Credit Controller / Accounts

Keighley

£21,000 – £23,500 per annum

Advantage Group are working in partnership with a leading global manufacturing and distribution company to recruit a Credit Controller to join the busy department at their Head Office in Keighley.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in a Credit Control / Finance / General Accounts

* Competent Excel skills essential

* Keen eye for detail and accuracy

* Ability to work to strict deadlines

* Experience of SAP ideal but not essential as full training is given

* Foreign Language would be beneficial but not essential

Key Skills:

* Chasing of outstanding invoices from both Retail & Dealer Customers across a number of global entities

* Handling customer queries and liaising with other departments where necessary to resolve issues

* Processing of Direct Debits for end users

* Posting payments from customers

* Manage credit limit reviews for Dealer customers

* Releasing of orders in line with cut offs

* Reviewing ledgers and explaining outstanding balances

* Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner

* Any additional tasks as requested by Management

* Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
