Our Finance team is a key element in our Building & Estate Management operations and works to ensure that the properties we look after are in good financial health, on behalf of our clients. This team of highly skilled and experienced individuals work alongside each other and dedicated Property Managers to deliver financial statements, balance sheets, reporting and debt recovery.
We are currently looking for Credit Controller to join our team at The Exchange in Birmingham, on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As a Credit Controller, you will manage the process of recovering arrears for customer debts including the payment of service charges, utilities recharge and rental income.
You will ensure that our debtor database is maintained with accurate records of all debt chasing communications and review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure queries are closed before instructing solicitors.
Working effectively with internal departments to assist customer queries, including managing the credit control and accounts inbox, you will appropriately respond to all customer communications.
