Full-time, Monday-Friday with 2 days at home once established

Using their expertise, they help source the correct finance a business needs to compete, grow and improve their prospects. Due to our clients recent growth they are looking for a Credit and Sales Support Coordinator to join the team.
The Role
We are looking for a Credit and Sales Support Coordinator to deliver long-term success. They will play an essential role in maintaining meaningful, trusting relationships with the businesses funding panel, ensuring all funding applications are processed in a compliant and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
To work alongside the Credit and Sales Support Manager in managing the end-to-end administration process of funding applications in a compliant and detailed manner, ensuring that any necessary additional client documentation and information is collected
Engage with the funding panel and ensure all parties are clear on the information required to progress funding applications, as well as keep team members informed and up to date on funding options
Engage with lenders and underwriters, preparing and sending applications proposals as and when required with all required information
To manage client data in a safe and secure way, in line with GDPR requirements, meeting regulatory obligations
To assist the Sales Team so they are fully aware of their clients' funding solutions terms and conditions and, at the point of raising funding documentation, to ensure the client is fully aware of the signing and pay-out process.
Build positive team relationships, making sure tasks and queries are forwarded to the relevant parties and responded to efficiently and effectively.
To work in partnership with the Operations Manager and provide support on general office tasks and projects to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
To be responsible for establishing the company's green agenda, certifying that the organisation maintains its sustainability commitments.
To deliver one-off, ad-hoc projects as directed by the management team to further advance business performance and customer service. Skills and Requirements:
