Job Description
Northreach are working with a leading foreign exchange company with a multi-billion-pound wholesale business and over 10 years’ trusted experience providing tailor-made travel money solutions for companies in the finance, travel and retail sectors.
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to join the team. The main purpose of the role is to provide ownership and oversight of Conversion Rate Optimisation across all customer touch points retail, web, mobile and app.
Main Responsibilities:-
* Mange the CRO roadmap and own and action changes.
* Understand user behaviours and customer journeys through web analytics and CRO tool.
* Work closely with the design team to design and implement tests.
* Implement the data analysed to research and recommend new and improved site features and content.
* Manage end to end testing process such as research, measurement, analysis and recommendations.
What will I be getting involved with?
* Research – You’ll create, run and monitor A/B and MVT testing with consumers. Highlighting the best results balanced from a commercial and customer perspective.
* Industry trends – You’ll forefront CRO through the latest research and industry trends.
* Showcase the benefits of change – You’ll use market leading prototyping software to build low and hi-fidelity prototypes which will be used for usability testing and to communicate design requirements with our various stakeholders.
Experience:-
* Experience with analytical tools such as Adobe Target and Google Optimise or similar
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Have the ability to lead and have excellent communication skills
* Able to develop and design and input into new processes in a fast paced dynamic environment
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong Conversation Rate Optimisation experience 2-5 year experience
* Experience in developing (desirable)
Working Pattern:-
* We offer hybrid working pattern with every Wednesday in the office. The rest of the week working from home
