Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Finance Manager to join a prestigious organisation based on The Wirral. The role will suit an autonomous Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager/SME Finance Manager and flexible hours over 3 to 5 days can be considered. You will work very closely with the General Manager and have full responsibility for all aspects of day to day accounting activities, as well as acting as number 2 on site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Robust delivery of day to day bookkeeping and management of all transactional finance across departments
Reconcile all bank and control accounts, journals and ledgers
Financial and budgetary control
Preparation of Year-end Statutory Accounts and or coordinating with external tax accountants and auditors in completion of the same
Reviewing financial contracts, financing agreements and insurance policies
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrable experience in a previous similar position
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible, positive attitude
Proactive approach to work
QBE, AAT or similar
