Commercial Finance Sales Manager / Team Leader
Up to £55,000 Base – OTE £100,000
Cardiff
Head of Commercial Finance opportunity required to manager and develop a brokerage who has trebled in size over the last 12 months.
Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
I am on the search for an Experienced Commercial Finance Sales Director, Manager, Team Leader or Head of Bridging Finance with experience within the property finance market looking to join a well-established specialist brokerage based in Cardiff.
Experience and Requirements for the Commercial Finance Sales Manager / Team Leader Opportunity
* You will need to have relevant experience, network and relationships in the property finance arena to be able to help promote a new service.
* You will be required to help develop and grow the current Bridging and Commercial team.
* Be responsible for new business and sales strategies
* Work with the sales team to establish new and existing relationships
* Experience of managing and growing teams
* Experience within Bridging Finance or Commercial Finance
* You will need to have high ambitions to match the company and be very driven for success
* Responsible, knowledgeable and possess strong leadership qualities
