Commercial Bridging Specialist – Swansea
Due to company growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my well established client as a Commercial Bridging Specialist.
The role will report directly to the Broker Support Manager.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Completion of Commercial, Bridging and Development Mortgage processing
Land Registry and Credit checking
Researching and Instructing Valuations
Keeping up to date with product and criteria
Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines
An analytical approach to work
Complying with company policies and procedures
Managing workflows and day to day diary management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Ability to hit deadlines
Ability to use initiative
Ability to hit work well in a team
Experience in this role or a similar one
CeMAP or equivalent (Desirable)
