Job Description
Our client, based in a central location in Sutton, are looking for two individuals to join their credit control team.
Being a professional and confident communicator, you will be required to liaise with business clients discussing outstanding invoices and organising payments to bring the accounts back up to date.
These clients range from independent, local authority and larger businesses, who have used the services of our client and will require a variety of telephone, emails and using portals to assist with payments.
These positions could interest those keen to move from a call centre role, or who have previous collections experience.
The Individual:
* Previous call / contact centre experience
* Experience in collections an advantage or experience of discussing payments
* Professional, friendly and self-motivated
* Enjoy working to targets
* Fully IT proficient
The Perks:
* Salary £24k – £27k depending on experience
* Six month fixed term contracts
* Opportunity to join a friendly team
* Central location
* Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
