My client is a leading company within the Australian car rental space. Due to significant growth over the last 12 months, they are currently looking to recruit five experienced collections Agents to join their team based in the UK.
The Collection Agent is responsible for managing a portfolio of credit hire and repairer claims across the Group to conclusion or escalation. This will involve investigation, review of documentation and presentation of relevant information. The role will also maintain a high standard of claim settlements with maximum revenue recovery and minimum write-off values. This will be achieved through assessing liability, and recovery potential and negotiating with third parties and insurers.
Ideally, we are looking for experience in CREDIT HIRE OR RECOVERIES within the Motor/Legal/Insurance sector.
Person Specification
· Motor Vehicle Hire/ Credit hire knowledge/ insurance industry experience desirable but not essential.
· Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills; ability to exceed KPIs around successfully negotiated outcomes.
· Ability to work supportively within a team and assist team members with work as needed to be a committed team player who openly communicates and shares knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively in an evolving environment.
Working Patterns
shifts are negotiable between 9pm – 7am
