Job Description
We are recruiting for a Collections Advisor to join one of the top 20 best companies to work for in the UK. Package for Collections Advisor role:
Salary between £22,000 – £26,000 DOE
Hybrid role – part from home and part from the office
Manchester City Centre Location with great transport links

Duties for Collections Advisor
Recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
Set appropriate and sustainable repayment arrangements
Showing empathy and care to vulnerable customers
To liaise with other Oodle departments to ensure the customer receives the correct outcomes to collections issues raised
General administration duties
Adhere to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
Adhere to KPI's set by the business
Essential Requirements for Collections Advisor
We would like to hear from you if you have any experience working in Collections (Late or Early arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or similar
Ideally, 12 months minimum collections experience ideally within a regulated environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
GCSE Maths and English
Honesty and integrity
Can-do attitude
