Job Description
Our clients are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Lead to join their successful team. This person would ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met.

The ideal candidate will work from their Oldham office, in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities of the Client Delivery Lead Include:

Client Servicing includes creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.

Compliance: performing relevant anti-money laundering checks, and checking compliance documentation is completed.

New Business Submission: use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.

To be considered for this Client Delivery Lead role, you must have the following:

Knowledge:

Must have an excellent understanding of the financial planning process.

Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Experience:

Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administration Role

Skills / Personal Attributes:

Proficient IT skills, basic spreadsheet and database knowledge

Good planning and effective organisational skills

Honesty and integrity

Methodological approach to work

Working hours for the Client Delivery Lead will be:

Monday to Friday 8:45 am– 5:15 pm

Home-based

For the successful Client Delivery Lead, our clients are offering the following:

Up to £24,000 basic depending on experience

28 days holiday + closure for Christmas
