Our client is a well established, UK wide Property firm that is going through massive expansion.
This Client Accountant position provides accountancy practices from cash control and rent collection to the preparation of financial reports for a growing client division of a major property firm
Duties include the following: :
Cash Control, Rent, Service Charge and end of year procedures, updating systems
Preparing VAT receipts, Reports and Returns, invoices
Liaise with Department Head/Deputy and the Service Charge Manager as appropriate regarding sold and new properties
Liaise with Cashiers over the correct allocation of receipts from both tenants and Clients as necessary.
Authorising invoices for payment
VAT receipts
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must have experience in the Property sector.
