As a Claims Handler you will be will be first point of contact to a UK customer base, processing claims in relation to insurance policies.

Description

As a Claims Handler, you will be;

Handling inbound calls from a UK customer base
Recording and processing customer claims
Understanding the customer current situation and providing an appropriate solution
Complete all documentation and reports in line with company regulationsProfile
