I am working with my client in recruiting for a Cash Book/Credit Controller to join their Accountancy Team in Croydon (hybrid working)

I am working with my client in recruiting for a Cash Book/Credit Controller to join their Accountancy Team in Croydon (hybrid working)

Description

Accurately record the daily cash movements within the accounting system
To prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all centrally managed bank accounts
Reconciling all petty cash balances
Be responsible for carrying out all credit control activities, such as cash collection, maintaining credit limits within the ERP system up to date
Be responsible for a number of aged debtors and populate a detailed month end aged debtors report to Financial Controller
Supporting the interim and half year end audits (including stock take attendance)
Raising inter company invoices and credit notesProfile

Strong influencing and communication skills are required to manage relationships with various internal and stakeholders.
Strong computing skills are essential (particularly the use of Excel and ERP systems/databases)
Maybe working towards an Accountancy qualification (AAT)
Good numeracy and literacy

Salary up to 36k
Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 at home), after 3 months probation
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
