Job Description
Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working alongside a reputable & choice employer, based within the Worksop area, as they go through an exciting period of growth and look to appoint a Cash Allocator into their team.

We are looking for a switched-on Finance Administrator to support within the credit function on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic role in a fast-paced environment where you can really get stuck into the duties and have full autonomy of your role. There are plenty of opportunities for progression and development within this team and you will be given all the support and tools you need to be successful in your career.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Reconcile a high volume of customer payments and ensure accurate and timely allocation
*Review & investigation of unallocated cash
*Process refunds on customer credit balances in line with procedures
*Make adjustments to the receivables ledger where required
*Process customer credit/debit card payments
*Action any inbound email queries
*Assist with any audit requirements
*Ensure that month end tasks are completed within agreed timescales
*Look for process improvement opportunities
*Work to a daily team target set by the team leader
*Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Person specification:
*Strong skills in MS Excel
*Numerate and Literate
*An understanding of SAP, Oracle and/or other Finance systems
*Experience of working with customers to resolve queries and issues
*Experience of working in a busy Finance environment
