Role: Carbon Reporting Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working arrangement)
Salary: up to £55k DOE
Summary:
We are looking for a Carbon Reporting Manager to join a fast-growing energy consultancy. As the Carbon Reporting manager, you will help industrial and commercial clients meet their mandatory carbon reporting deadlines and in process help them reduce their environmental footprint. To be successful in this role you will need proven experience of carbon disclosures (including TCFD, CDP, GHG, ESOS and SECR), Experience with scope 3 carbon emissions measurement, and experience of gathering Data from Supply chain and internal partners. Key responsibilities:
Carry out Carbon reporting using a range of protocols (GHG Footprints, CDP reporting, SBTi submission and verification)
Ensure clients are adhering to Carbon Compliance legislation
Gather data from supply chain and internal partners
Utilising M&T platforms
Take part in client calls and support marketing with relevant content
Skills and experience required:
Experience and knowledge of carbon disclosures, including TCFD, CDP, GHG, ESOS and SECR
Experience with scope 3 carbon emissions measurement including detailed knowledge of science-based target setting
Experience of gathering data from supply chain and internal partners and ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
Strong personal computer skills with excellent proficiency in Excel
Proven experience with corporate scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon reporting
Knowledge of Climate ratings and benchmarks
Honours degree in Environment, Sustainability is desirable
