Job Description
We are looking for experienced call handlers to support a major UK bank's customers who have fallen into debt and arrears. This is a major long term contract being run by a 'Big Four' financial services firm. This is purely a work from home position, both job and and training are all provided remotely.
Job Description:
* Taking inbound calls as a representative of the bank.
* Providing solutions to customers who have fallen into arrears.
* Identifying vulnerable customers and offering suitable solutions.
* Understanding complex financial packages.
* Completing income and expenditure forms.
* Communicating solutions via telephone.
* Meeting quality targets.
* Escalating necessary issues to supervisors.
Required Experience:
* Several years of call centre experience in financial services (essential).
* Experience of working with customer debt management or insolvency (essential).
* Knowledge of FCA guidelines is ideal.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Experience of working with vulnerable customers.
This is a work from home opportunity, the client will be providing the required equipment. IMPORTANT: You must have adequate space to work from home and receive calls throughout the working day. You must also work nearby your router to connect via Ethernet cable.
