The client have recently undergone a massive growth and due to this are looking to expand their Customer Service team with multiple Call Centre Advisors.
Description
As Call Centre Advisor your duties will include: Being a key point for customers, answering customer enquiries regarding debt, ensuring customer records are kept up to date, inputting data with a focus on accuracy and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
