Job Description
Business & Finace Support – Sawston area.
Core Group are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Business/Finance Support candidate to join our clients team permanent.
Salery £18k to £25k (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Logging documents to assist the finance team (month end tasks)
Collate and administering site timesheets
Updating computerised project costing systems (training will be given)
Support Finance and Commercial Teams in collating and reporting costing information to Senior Management
Maintain and update a spreadsheet to record external equipment and machinery we have hired in from companies on a weekly basis. Report to be submitted at the beginning of each week to head of construction.
Collate and build H&S files from electronic files to assist our HR management (training will be given), create hard copy files to issue to site and for the business to meet legal requirements
Provide holiday cover to various assistant roles as required (training will be given)
Update site contact details and associated contact database for each site and issue to head of construction, when changes are made.
Skills and Attributes:-
Good communication skills by telephone and email
Good organisation skills
Understanding of deadlines to be met
Minimum of grade C (level 4) in maths and English GCSE
Basic IT literacy – on Microsoft Word and Excel (training provided)
